With direct input from the players on the tour, the blade has been made thinner topline and a progressive offset.
Weight distribution has been increased out towards the edges of the blade to make the club more forgiving.
The clubhead is forged from 1025 carbon steel in Taylor’s Compact Grain Forging process which uses 2,000 tons of pressure which is more than double the industry standard. The extra power gives Taylormade precision control at the micro level and provides a denser grain structure, creating the best possible feel.
